This 2,000-square-foot addition establishes a new communal core for the existing residence, conceived as the primary gathering space for daily life and entertaining. The form is deliberately restrained, a simple gabled volume defined by efficiency and clarity.

Natural light and material honesty shape the interior experience. The plan is oriented to hold two distinct landscape relationships, expansive mountain views open along the northern deck, while a more contained, framed view toward the rock outcroppings to the east offers curated views from the interior.
